Refund policy

At Wefta, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is here to help.

*Eligibility and Conditions:*
1. *Video: In case you are unsure, kindly make a video of the product while opening it. This is required for any return/exchange.

2. *Return Period:* Items can be returned within 10 days of receipt. Customer will be provided with a credit note which can used for purchase at www.wefta.in (within 3 months)

3. *Condition:* Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact.     

Only the approved item will be returned on grounds of defect/wrong item. Please note, all items will be checked thoroughly before dispatching from our end. 

*Return and Exchange Process:*
1. *Initiate Return:* Log into your Wefta account and request a return.
2. *Approval:* Await approval from our customer care team.
3. *Shipping:* Pack the item securely and use the provided return shipping label. For international returns, the customer bears the shipping cost.
4. *Inspection:* Once we receive the item, it will undergo a quality inspection.
5. *Refunds:* Refunds are processed in form of a credit note after the item passes the quality check. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. *Exchanges:* If you want an exchange, indicate this during the return initiation

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically provided with credit note  within 10 business days.
